While we do have high expectations of all of our employees, we also actively encourage a work/life balance and strive to establish a clear operating system that supports both. The sales culture is meritocratic and focused on career growth. We have a robust sales process which has proven to be successful, however, we also acknowledge that it requires consistent hard work to master. Our executive sales team fosters excellence by providing industry-leading coaching, development, and enablement. Sometimes this can involve pushing employees outside of their comfort zone to take smart risks and learn from failures. However, this is always in the spirit of helping reps grow faster than they might have thought possible.
