It's been an amazing journey ever since I joined MongoDB in February 2021 Starting from learning about Mongodb in dept to supporting learner in the University. I have developed keen interest here at what i do, even if i get some time I jump to help other as they always stood by me whenever I needed them.

There is little gap which I felt between senior management understanding and support. There were some frequent changes in the senior management and some rules within the organisation which is not convincing concerning our team goals.
