Unbelievable micro management. 3-1 manager to reps so they’ve got the bandwidth to backseat drive on every deal. Incredible scrutiny on activity and account planning to the point of feeling like a jr level sales role. Management would let the exec team rip apart their reps during every QBR. Didn’t trust that management had my back. Some laughably bad hires have stuck around while good talent has left
