The company is doing very well because of the best NoSQL tech in the market. The other good thing is the company culture. The company benefits are at par with most of the good companies out there.

The sales department is nothing less than toxic. The managers act if they own the company and the only language they talk in is sarcasm and taunt. It is pretty normal to bully employees on the floor. You will start getting pings from your manager about 7 am in the mornings which will go on till 11 pm in the evening too. One should not be surprised if your manager connects with you on the weekends too. Micromanagement is to the fullest and you are not allowed to smile on the floor. So worklife balance is not what one should be expecting. People close business by any means possible. There are so many fake numbers, deals, customers that people create and then proudly claim to over achieve their targets a quarter on quarter. People have found so many ways to fool the system that the business head is unaware of most of the bad practices that go on in the name of sales. There is no actual sales that you do, only fool the system. New folks are completely clueless. The people who have stayed in the system for long are the root cause of all toxicity. They have spread the culture of favouritism, scam, no growth in the name of sales and all the other kinds of toxicity that one can or cannot even think of. And whenever things start going beyond control, they start blaming the reps for the mess they started in the first place.
