They will employ almost anyone with a degree, although they actively deny black applicants. The pay is not bad for the unqualified staff they employ, and they seem to particularly like people with no skills or experience. If you're white, have a degree, and speak English, then you are guaranteed a job.

Firstly, you work at "schools" 47 hours a week, and there are no breaks between classes. E.g. Class at 3:30, then 4:30,5:30,6:30. No break. It's a crazy idea, and makes no sense. Materials, lesson plans, and experienced staff are almost non-existent. Head office is full of young South Africans and Americans with very little experience, and zero legitimate qualifications in education. Therefore, lesson plans are terrible, materials are full of errors, and most is copied from the Internet. Schools are franchised so you could get a decent boss (rare), a psychopath (common), or the owner's family (worst case scenario).
