      - Great benefits (parking, pet insurance, etc) - There is flexibility to move across teams depending on your interests - Office is nice, catered lunch weekly - CTO is very down to earth, friendly, and understanding

      - Lack of diversity in the company, especially in the Technology team: there are few African Americans and there are also few women - I was told there would be a promotion evaluation every 6 months. This was not true and has not happened. - Leadership has been vague about promotions due to the company merger for over a year and a half. - Fellow teammates also feel hopeless, under-appreciated, and desperate for direction in career growth

      The main concern is the volatility of job security lately; there have been a lot of layoffs lately, and that means an increase in workload for those of us still left. Clients can either make the experience good or bad depending on how demanding and nitpicky they are. I'm currently on 5 accounts, but one client is making work unbearable.
