I've been with Monscierge for 2 1/2 years, and have seen many changes and much growth. The company is past the start-up stage, but still in the growth stage, and continues to evolve, but it has never lost sight of it's goal to change and improve hospitality. The CEO and the management staff are 100% committed to their clients, staff, and the hospitality industry, and making all of the above the best it can be. The company is chock-full of talent and innovative people, and they are taking the company to great heights in the hospitality industry. It has been exciting to watch and be a part of in so many ways.

There are a few downsides to rapid growth, but nothing that can't be overcome. The company is still defining processes, but this has improved greatly as issues arise, and are handled. Another thing is communication, as is usually a problem with any rapidly growing company. This issue has improved also, as situations warrant.
