The team atmosphere within the company gives a sense of belonging. The transparency is also refreshing. Employees are given chances to spread their wings and to do as much as they are willing to take on. It’s possible for individuals to make an impact and a difference here.

As with most startups, the environment is often times chaotic. There is no shortage of problems to solve. Because the platform is flexible, often times there is more opportunity than there is resources, which can cause issues with focus, although this appears to be getting better. Objectives are not always communicated clearly by management, which can cause confusion, but this also has improved substantially in the past year since leadership became more focused on building out 3 particular pieces of the Experience Engine.
