      Honestly, commissions and the company discount. There is not much else in the way of pros, unless you actually enjoy overpriced pens, and decent time pieces.

      Terrible management, non-existent training, antiquated technology, nasty customers, and the company culture leaves a lot to be desired for. The existential angst that comes with asking yourself what the point of selling $1000+ pens in the 21st century.

      They will work you to the ground, while making you feel inadequate. Management taking the sales from the team and will set you up for failure.
