They yell at you when you aren’t even on the clock, they offer a free meal per shift but act like it’s a problem to give it to you, the owner makes jokes about people with disabilities, managers talk crap about employees to the employees, managers won’t let you take home anything unless you pay full price for it after your shift but they all sit down together at the end of the night and eat hundreds of dollars worth of food without paying and invite their “favorite” hourly employees to eat with them. You have to pay $15 a month for a parking pass. People smoke weed with vapes IN THE RESTAURANT. Pay is low even with tips unless you serve ever weekend and it’s still no more than any other “less classy” restaurant
