Awesome sites to work. Really diverse mix of personnel to work with. Pretty decent on the job training. Comfortable uniform.

Very poor security guard support from operations manager in the San Diego region. No investigations when guards are faced with accusations. When a complaint is made against a guard, the action goes directly to him/her with no buffer or support from field supervisors or operations manager, at which point you are immediately removed from the site of said complaint or fired. Also, the online schedule and pay chart is almost never operating properly.
