      Vantaggi

      Friendly working environment, approachable management team. Direct reporting is knowledgeable and fights for the team. Lots of opportunities to learn and grow as the group is expanding. Lots of initiative by colleagues (e.g. HRA, Marketing team) for employees to bond. Overall, a good place to work!

      Fast moving firm. Get to work with Chinese pers and potentially travel to Asia. Friendly office. Can pay good and bonuses, but completely subjective/secretive. Where multiple hats and get exposed to different areas of business.

      Not stable. Small Layoffs without notice or reasoning. Focus is on marketing gimmicks above service and operations. Weak on Compliance. Firm controlled by FUTU and Chinese parent company. Difficult to work with overseas partners due to language and time zones. Minimal communication or transparency from leadership.
