Bad management and a toxic, rumor-filled environment. There’s zero transparency, creating a rigid and impersonal atmosphere. The company has changed for the worse; you no longer feel valued. Even with reported high revenues, layoffs happen frequently as the focus remains strictly on cost-cutting. While it’s still a viable starting point for junior engineers, I wouldn't recommend it for mid or senior-level talent
