Unfortunately, my experience with the company was negative. For the first time in my life, I encountered toxic treatment in an environment that should have been professional. Employees are not valued at all. The manager and upper management are unwilling to listen to feedback or address their issues in how they treat employees. The moment you decide to voice a problem and seek a solution, you’re already one step away from being replaced (and this happens behind your back). You will be blamed for everything, pressured, have your professional competence devalued, and be made to feel guilty. In the end, you’ll find yourself without a job, with slim chances of securing another position in the gaming industry or within this company. The work might not be for everyone, especially since unrealistic deadlines are often set, which impacts work-life balance (which essentially doesn’t exist) and results in employees working under constant stress.
