Unrealistic high expectations that are never rewarded or recognized. Despite top performance, you will never get a bonus, salary bump, recognition or promotions. Promotions depends solely on social clout within the organization. Extremely top heavy structure where a handful of senior members make all the decisions with zero leeway or power for mid level managers and juniors. High quality work from junior and mid level managers will not be recognized and instead be realized by the top level managers. All hands meetings consist of meaningless pep talk that tries to remedy the dying company culture and energy due to the reasons outlined above.
