I am very surprised that the overall rate of the company is so high. As for the pros, there are literally few of them: - once a year the company shares benefits with the employees (which never cover the miserable salary rate); - openness to new people (including relocation from abroad) which is partially happening because of the constant flow of people - not too many want to stay in the company with the given compensations

- SALARIES (run if you can); - no real culture - who does what and why? - faked "openness" - few founders decide on everything and don't really care about anything apart from the profit; - processes are very immature (don't say that this is a start-up, that's not the reason for HR's not walking the talk and then just quit)
