Work can be a grind. In office Tuesdays and Thursdays and long commute.

Working for Moontide I found the work environment to be challenging, to say the least. The project was poorly managed, with unclear expectations and a lack of communication. The workload was excessive, with long hours and unrealistic deadlines. I experienced difficulties in collaborating with some team members due to communication issues. There was a toxic and hostile work environment; lots of finger-pointing. Noticeable absence of DE&I. I would not recommend working for Moontide. It's shocking to me that another review matches my experience exactly, two years later there are no changes.
