I have been at Moorepay for a few years now and in that time have seen the business change hands several times. Things are gradually getting worse and more and more of our time is spent battling with unhappy customers or other departments. We have a system that is simply not able to deliver the service our clients expect or meet promises that the sales team make.The company has very little development capability and therfore has to make changes both slowly and on the cheap. This creates a very stressful and disengaged environment which has now made me ill.Other people in the business has become ill and are then treated very badly by management so I am now worried that I will be subjected to the same treatment. Part of the business provides HR advice, however our own record in this area is not good and the main tool used in managing staff seems to be bullying and blaming. It is such a sad situation, however we had a return of a senior manager that has previously worked here and caused chaos and that seems to be happening again.I hope the new MD realises, I have a one to one with him soon so will make my feelings clear.
