Positive work environment! The district managers and SGM's are always willing to step in and help. This is a company that wants to hear everyone ideas what's working and what's not working. The site employees opinion matters. Wonderful culture and values. They strive on doing the right thing for the customers and employees. For someone who has been in this industry for a long time by far best company I've worked for!

Decent pay, pretty easy job

They have successfully blacklisted me for insubordination for calling out their false advertising. They offer a senior discount there was no way to enact. I was ganged up on by hr and the awful distric manager and fired immediately for calling them out. Now they have severely damaged my ability to find employment. Wonderful.
