      The company fosters a "hustle hard, celebrate later" mindset, Which goes against their core values they have outlined, making it really difficult to understand how you are expected to present yourself. There's a clear lack of trust from leadership, Lots of empty promises, It felt like I wasnt able to just contribute and go home, always carried extra burdens and looking back, it was never that serious. The company has plummeted the past few years. If you're looking for a short stint, this is a decent paycheck. But, if you are looking for a career, continue your search because this company is always terminating and/or laying people off.

      Positive work environment! The district managers and SGM's are always willing to step in and help. This is a company that wants to hear everyone ideas what's working and what's not working. The site employees opinion matters. Wonderful culture and values. They strive on doing the right thing for the customers and employees. For someone who has been in this industry for a long time by far best company I've worked for!
