Lack of Leadership. Accounting Manager will not have your back, Tope heavy company only concerned about themselves as individuals. CFO & VP of Operations are clowns. Direct upper management were more worried about their own personal advancement than management of the employees. As long as you stroked the CFO's ego, you were accepted and liked. The direct manager would pretend to be friendly and helpful but when asked to help would never get around to doing it. No training was provided for new programs and when asked "how are things going" and you told the truth. it was held against you.
