With a sharp group of RF engineers, friendly administrative staff, and intellective CEO, Morcom's employees are a close-knit group who are proud of their work and the company they work for.

The sales staff can be stronger. With the intensely high quality output expected from their field workers, engineers, and technical staff, Morcom's sales department should be able to match that. If you're looking to sit at a company and milk the hours, Morcom is NOT the place for you. It's success is driven by it's hard-working and motivated staff.
