Higher management keeps on changing, poor growth aspets, no clear growth structure, Salany never on time always late, poor career growth, no functional clasification of work or centralized operations as PMT is also looking after procurement, No KRAs of employees no clear defining of job roles, no appreciation or rewards for good work, only favouratism works. Middle management is not aligned, compny works on old policies lke older than 2012.
