Treading water - company has no real investment in the future and seems to be stuck in the past. Working environment is so dated it’s just a thoroughly depressing place to work. Managers seem to be quite out of touch and offer no real vision. Products are basic and yet the company wants to project technical advancement in fields where customers expect much more than Morgan offers. Silo mentality with political infighting between locations and regions.
