Chronic understaffing and lack of resources create constant burnout. Promotions are rare, and strong performance goes unrewarded. Despite making over $2 billion a year, the firm does not provide consistent bonuses or fair raises. At the annual partner meeting, leadership openly admitted that the business development team is intentionally paid about 23% below market, with team members who help plan and run the meeting in the room.
