Fun team - in Singapore office the team is very good, lots of team activities and bonding, everybody works together and helps each other - which is a rare thing in recruitment firms where it is easy to get too competitive among the same team. Entrepreneurial environment - definitely the company rewards creativity, initiative and lots of hard work and business development activities. It is recruitment after all so the key is to think out of the box and do lots of sales. However the management supports new ideas, supports doing things differently and allows room for movement and mistakes. (not your typical KPI driven environment - as long as you get results, you can do your own thing) Strong vision - the company is built on the principle of building a true digital recruitment firm. A lot of the tools and systems are in place for that and create an added advantage as compared to the market.
