Avoid this company in China and Hong Kong - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso Morgan Philips Group

Unfortunately every good recruiters, managers, GMs and managing director left in 2015 because of the CEO way to manage. This company recently changed it's name, but nothing internally changed (see MRIC for previous comments). Managers doesn't have any decision power (everything is decided by a CEO without any management skills) and the compensation scheme for consultant is not good. Very hard for them to make commissions compare to other recruitment firms. Working atmosphere in Shanghai office is terrible and almost everybody is looking for a new job.
