The “Chinese women” you mentioned actually form a significant part of our leadership team, which makes your comments particularly unexpected. Diversity, inclusion, and respect are important values for us, and we work hard to reflect them in everything we do. Our Hong Kong office also serves as a regional executive search hub. So yes, people with no understanding of the Hong Kong market will also be promoted based on their expertise in various Asian markets and sectors.
