I started working at Morgan Randall just about 2 months ago now. My employment started with a 2-3 day training with Hayley where she explained everything about the company/system they used in detail. She was extremely helpful in helping me during the training and continues to do so today. And as for the role itself, it is extremely varied. I am involved in the recruitment process, I help market properties and have also helped the property management team. It is important for this role that you know everything about everything.
