Often expected to work late into the night (no additional pay for overtime), management are extremely poor and take no accountability for their wrong-doings which cause staff to work late to fix. No recognition. Was ostracised for calling out management practices to HR. Salaries are incredibly low for the amount of work put in. Bonuses are almost non existent unless you’re higher up. No work/life balance because you’re working 12-13 hour days instead of the 8.5 that you’re paid for.
