Poor management and fear is instilled daily that you could lose your job if you don't perform above expectation. Intense pressure and mistakes are not tolerated especially if you are not in the favored clique. -Learning pathway for new intakes is very poor, you are bullied and devalued if you ask for help as a new member of the team and the senior team members are reluctant to help. - Implementation of large projects are left to new hires without proper training even though there are senior team members whose job specifications are to provide support. These senior members are trained in being passive-aggressive so they make you feel dumb if you ask any questions related to a project that you have never worked on. These senior team members also ensure that they inform top management of any error that you make instead of providing adequate support and training. Management is afraid to criticise senior team, this could be due to the fact that the so called management is unable to understand the system so they reply heavily on these team members and are afraid to critique them. Toxic environment and the pay doesn't qualify for the amount of anxiety that comes with the high intense pressure and workload.

Very good co-workers, Great technology stack. Lot of new technologies and integration with current work.

They dont even give you a MS cup. They ask you to buy it for 5$. So cheap! Management big on "Giving back", Immediate managers do not like it and are not supportive. Lay off employees twice a year to show profits. Only worried about shareholders and clients. Don't know the criteria for lay-off. So, you are always worried if it is your turn. They boast about mental health and wellness. No good, when they layoff employees like this. HR = Horrible Resources. When you are laid off, they shoo you away as if you are a fly. You feel miserable. They themselves say - "We are better than Facebook or Oracle. We dont fire you at 6 AM over email." Gosh! What a comparison!
