Morgan Stanley has a horrible and toxic team culture, kicking out people one by one who are top performer but politically incorrect. Top management does not care about the performance of the staff (eg. revenue generated), but the political skills of the person. Completely dysfunctional department with all the wrong focus from top down. Promotion was not based on merits, but on their shoe shining skills. Manager mistreat staff who are great contributors to the business. Top management turnover rate is extremely high; They have changed 3 people within 1.5 years because they do not know how to run a proper business.
