1:Company takes advantage of people and give them contractual offers after clearing 5-6 rounds of interview and tell them to join from Pride and optimum search or some other unknown consultancies with very high salary (Never accept contractual position don't get trapped ) 2:They take interview like they will make rockets from you but once you are in you have do support and clear dirt everday. 3:My team was very bad no support from team members are like wolfs never supports you. 4:No KT for new members you have to understand application by debugging. 5:Old team members are spoiling environment.
