A deeply troubling incident occurred when a senior financial analyst, who was passed over for a leadership role, reacted with open hostility toward the woman who was rightfully promoted. He screamed at her in front of the entire team—demanding that she decline the offer—and continued to torment her until she was in tears. What followed was even more disturbing: he began behaving as if he were the acting head, undermining her authority and creating a toxic power dynamic in full view of colleagues. Despite this unprofessional and aggressive conduct, Morgan Stanley chose not to terminate his employment. Instead, they merely withheld his bonus—a response completely misaligned with the standards the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) sets for identifying and removing "bad apples" in regulated financial environments. This wasn’t just a failure of leadership—it was a failure of values, accountability, and regulatory responsibility.

Very good co-workers, Great technology stack. Lot of new technologies and integration with current work.

They dont even give you a MS cup. They ask you to buy it for 5$. So cheap! Management big on "Giving back", Immediate managers do not like it and are not supportive. Lay off employees twice a year to show profits. Only worried about shareholders and clients. Don't know the criteria for lay-off. So, you are always worried if it is your turn. They boast about mental health and wellness. No good, when they layoff employees like this. HR = Horrible Resources. When you are laid off, they shoo you away as if you are a fly. You feel miserable. They themselves say - "We are better than Facebook or Oracle. We dont fire you at 6 AM over email." Gosh! What a comparison!
