If you aren't part of the insular, favored social clique, your upward mobility is severely limited, regardless of your performance, data, or output. Poor Leadership: Management consistently lacks the maturity and strategic vision required to lead a modern enterprise. Decisions feel reactive, transparent communication is virtually non-existent, and leadership seems far more interested in self-preservation and internal politics than supporting their teams. Insults from senior leadership don’t serve as motivation. High Burnout & Turnover: Because leadership fails to look past their favored circles to support the wider team effectively, turnover is high.
