They say they will 'chep' or copy from old projects to save time but everyone stays till 12 anyway - Discourage people when they take time to design - Constant gossipping about the private lives of employees - Verbally abusive when people want to get the work done within office hours - Work life balance is a joke - Some seniors only plan parties - Forced partying and drinking once a month for bonding
