Leadership lacks basic business judgment and people skills, routinely chooses shortcuts that damage product quality, and rewards compliance over competence. Feedback is ignored or dismissed, favoritism is common, and the environment can be punitive and passive-aggressive. Most people leave burned out and frustrated. Morale is low and turnover is high.
