Pay and family oriented job management is great

I have none I truly love my job there.

Morrell has been a great employer. They are very generous with learning tasks and they are understanding when it takes a bit longer to get things right. The most enjoyable part of the job is the family atmosphere. If I need to take a half-day to attend my son's game - for the most part, I have that flexibility. The best part of the job is the host of free lunches by the sales reps and the specialty creamers they keep stocked in the fridge. The owner is generous - buys all the girl's coffees, gives flowers on mother's day, gave out a $75 Gift Certificate to A.J.'s just because he noticed we were working hard. I feel appreciated and valued as an employee and working mother.

The hardest part of the job is that no one does just one job. They're sporting a couple of positions. It keeps us busy but if you're not good at being flexible, you'll struggle. The management is good. We have some real fun characters. Genuinely, I believe that even though I've had my frustrations with management, I know they have never acted out of malice and they've been quick to resolve any issues. I have to be fair, most of it was my own doing or miscommunication.
