Nice Equipment. Some good employees.

I worked at MPH for less than a year. Safety is not a concern forcing people to work 18's a day. Very cliquish group of people each with there own agenda's. Very unapproachable/self-serving upper management who run the company like an army barracks. No communication granted or solicited from any employee besides a PC. Some very interesting guys at the office in Midland. Management style well...much better run company's to work for. HR is a joke! If you want to make some fast cash then worth the 6 months you might get work. Take the money and run because when they're done with you your out. This was the most stressful job I have ever had in my life and the work itself was easy! I can't even stress how dysfunctional this place was.
