There are many growth opportunities available. They believe in the value of family and offer the opportunity to have a better hone life than a lot of companies that want you to work around the clock.

With Morrison being in hospitals (being 24 hour care) there is no holiday pay (normally time and a half). However they are great about not Scheduling you to work two holidays in a roll ensuring that you will be able to spend time with family.

flexible schedule. unlimited PTO. never a shortage of work. if you work for a unit with a good manager, that's all you need,

the flexible schedule is also a con. they call you at 6 am and 11 pm about things that can absolutely wait. the unlimited PTO is also a con, they do this so they don't have to pay you out when you leave or remove you, they also don't really let you take off as much time as you want. upper management, the VPs and DPs are nightmares. terrible people that are totally disconnected from the mission and the "corporate culture." they push acceptance at the unit level, and then upper leadership doesn't listen to it at all. The VPS and presidents like to take the CEO out drinking and they all love to party.
