Company has gone DOWNHILL - Recensione dipendente - Team Leader presso Morrisons

Currently a high staff turnover with many colleagues leaving after working with the company for 20+ years. No help from management whatsoever. Took away yearly bonus, staff double discount events and £10 voucher at christmas. Get funding from head office for a Christmas night out but there's never been one in my 6+ years at the company - where does the money go? Company has went completely downhill. Even speaking to people who work in other stores say the same thing.
