First of all we have a human resource manager that takes care of every employee’s needs and the CEO is only present in the office a couple of days a week. Our CEO is very innovative and passionate about the natural hair and wellness communities, and strives to promote employee health and happiness. We would hope that if any employee was unhappy they would voice their concern, we are here to support our team members.
