There are a lot of things Israel, a current employee of eight years, likes about working at Morrocco Method: “Because we are a small business, there’s no politics. I can suggest a course of action, I can come up with an idea, present it, then implement it so that I can actually see my idea put into place and working. That’s to me the most gratifying experience. In bigger companies, your ideas have to go up the ladder, and through all the committees, and your idea, even if it gets accepted, is nothing like you visualized it in the first place.” Israel also likes the fact that the management style is laid-back. “There is no one looking over my shoulder or breathing down my neck. I can simply get my work done.” “Another thing I like about working here is coming to work! Every day I look forward to the challenges that will face me, and the facts that I get to work on all these different projects.
