Vantaggi

- fun coworkers, although sometimes clicky
- holidays paid - does not include election or
- location downtown/in skyway
Svantaggi
- Freelancers/vendors are not treated well. The owner is very cheap and always negotiates down when possible. Bad partner to vendors.
- horrible healthcare.
- used to be 2 weeks of paid maternity, recently became 4 weeks. Fairly sexist leadership.
- Fairly relaxed on COVID. Cares more about money than employees health/safety.
- Office management, often blows up on employees and has unreasonable power trips.
- Leadership says what people want to hear leading to confusion and frustration. Does not follow through or give clear direction.
- Toxic positivity and unreasonable promises
- Very poor leadership. Lacking mentorship, support, and favoritism.
- Ownership is very religions- employees sometimes will need to do projects for religious companies. Including North Western St. Paul, which denies homosexually and stands against trans/LGBTQ.
- Account ran agency- too much power which leads to weak work. Does not stand up for creative as much as they should. Projects are often undersold and with unrealistic expectations
- Often hires in-experienced people as a way to keep salary low, yet does not have good mentorship/training. Which leads to problems, specifically with the account team.
- Company will give a "shout out" to employees going above and beyond. This sounds good, yet it often goes to the people who are overworked. They get a shout out rather then increased pay or additional support.
