The biggest disadvantage in my opinion is that there is no disadvantage. Maybe the company's Internet speed is not fast enough (less than 20M/s)

Chaotic company with no strategy and identity. Management goals and vision changing day by day. In Mortoff you are a resource, working for different other companies, which called Competency Outsourcing. But you are not outsourced based on your competencies. Avoid them if you would like to do professional work, because more than likely you'll work either on task deep under your knowledge or on something you haven't got any knowledge in, but you were the available resource in time of order. You don't get support to acquire the missing knowledge, because despite the fact that sales negotiations about a work lasts for weeks, you only get to know on Friday night where you have to go to work on Monday morning. You are often sold for two or more companies in the same time, then you have idle time for weeks without any meaningful task. In this small company different units working independently, as companies in company and doesn't know what other units are doing. Sometimes different units working on the same topic without even knowing about each other. Middle management is between hell and high water. Micromanagement everywhere, but all levels of management are poor.

Lack of communication can cause trouble, there are no fixed and defined processes or roles. Management seems incompetent, from the developer's point of view they don't do much, yet they're always busy somehow. Laptops are old, weak and dirty, new laptops are just weak. Monitors are simply old. Salary could definitely be better. The process for yearly reviews is amateurish. There are no new projects, existing ones are going to chaos. There's no much opportunity for getting ahead in your career. This is why people often leave after 1 or 2 years.
