If you want to gain experience in debt recovery and legal administration, it’s a place to learn a lot — but be prepared for a challenging environment with limited support.

The workload is very heavy for the size of the team — often we were a team of two doing what should’ve been spread across 4 or 5 people. This made it difficult to keep up and caused a lot of pressure.
The pay doesn’t really match the workload or responsibility. The company culture can be two-faced at times, and management isn’t very supportive, especially when raising concerns or issues about workload or mental health. I was signed off sick and felt dismissed by leadership when I tried to explain my situation.
