Disenchanted because management - Recensione dipendente - Service Desk Associate presso Morton Public Library

The absolute con is the Management. One of the managers is very hands off when it comes to training. She handed me a book during my first week there and told me to read through it and then ask questions as they came up. I came in with very little experience. The other manager is a big idea person, which is great but when you don't communicate these ideas to your staff and just expect them to follow you, you're going to run into conflict. Also, don't expect to be able to request time off, even if you already have plans. I do not recommend working here as long as these people are in charge.
