Shaping 2030 is a fancy word for job cuts - many rumors about jobs that will be cut and moved to corporate office in Germany. Hiring freeze prevents people needed to do work - so the rest of us have more to do. Most are overworked and underappreciated. Plants cannot meet supply chain demand numbers so we rarely meet sales goals. Customers are all mad. Every day is a battle.
