Worst workspace and environment to work for a Employee - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer presso Mosambee

I had worked there for years. Worst workspace to work for any employee. You will be totally harassed. You will be made to work for 12-13 hours a day. Managers will shout and behave unprofessionally with you. They dont care about what is going in office, are you having lunch or you are sick, they just want their work to be completed days before the timeline. Managers play lots of politics, they dont care about your health or illness, you are not allowed to take even sick leaves, if you take one, you will be scolded for whole day when you come back. Employees are treated as hell. You will get nothing to learn in terms of technology. Only you will get knowledge about payment domain. there is no breaks of even 5 minutes in office timings, there is only few minutes break of Lunch, that too you have to eat in hurry, because if you come late after that minutes, you will be asked several questions. Even Female employees are treated in same way. they are forced to work late at night. Females are also harassed in same way. They are asked by Male managers about their sick leaves. They don't care about you, they care about their Money and projects If you are very needy and about to die in unemployment , then come to mosambee, they will take care about you.
