Great environment, promotes discussion and collaboration among various office teams. Management has an open door policy which applies to anything and everything. including new product ideas and proposed initiatives (i.e. donation programs, social work). Company has grown exponentially over the past two years which has allowed for an ever changing landscape, providing an abundance of new and exciting projects for employees. Occasional long hours; however, the hard work never goes unnoticed or unappreciated. Solid benefits plan (dental, health, retirement, life insurance) as well as a bevy of bonus benefits (happy hour, company trips, Christmas party,yoga, cross training class).

Job titles can be fairly fluid and vague, which can cause some confusion. You must be prepared to show initiative and define your position, as well as be accountable for the growth of your department.
